Hand soaps at perfume level

Plain B is a brand with a strong vision: to offer hand soap refills in sustainable cartons in order to avoid plastic waste.
However, the design, which is reminiscent of beverage cartons, caused confusion at the point of sale and led to weak sales. To change this, Plain B decided to reorient the brand: away from the pure refill concept and towards a clearly understandable and attractive product range. In a strategy workshop led by us, the central brand values, design goals and communication focal points were defined together with the customer. The foundation for the successful relaunch.

In addition to innovative refills with a cap in the environmentally friendly D-Pak from Elopak, the relaunch also produced high-quality dispensers. Less plastic, more well-being in everyday life.
The packaging design translates complex fragrance compositions into clear, minimalist shapes and calm design elements. A consistent red thread connects refills and dispensers - clean, high-quality and confidence-inspiring. The result is a product line that delivers what it promises: hand soaps at perfume level, in a design that combines simplicity and well-being in perfect balance.
