Claiming and slogan: The choice of words

Claim and slogan are often used in parallel, but there are slight differences. The claim tends to be used permanently and in a superordinate way, i.e. it contains the long-term statement of a brand or a company. The slogan is related to the claim, but can be varied depending on a campaign, a new product or an occasion. Similar to the naming, the claim should not be defined too narrowly, so that later product ranges can also be integrated under the brand umbrella.
