Fein – Relaunch MultiMaster accessories
THE multi-tool for the professional and DIY sector!
As a major German specialist for power tools, Fein offers, among other things, the MultiMaster. A multi-tool with a myriad of applications in the professional and DIY sector. This multi-tool includes an accessories range of over 150 products, which Fein had relaunched by PACOON. The relaunch had to address both, the professional user in the B2B sector and the DIY home user. In addition to fast communication on the application, the emotional aspect was thus also required more than in the past.
Based on an extensive analysis of the demand criteria, it was possible to develop a package that communicates the product features quickly. At the same time, a survey determined a 50% higher purchase decision compared to the main competition. In the end, we are proud to have found an extremely user-focused design solution that also meets our demands for aesthetics.
