GREENFORCE launched into the market with an innovative concept in 2019: vegan meat substitute as a dry product to mix by yourself. This served both the trend for vegan products and filled a gap in the market for dry convenience products. GREENFORCE attracted a lot of attention with burger tests, which even convinced delicatessen giants like "Käfer" in Munich to sell the product in their restaurants. Today, the social media effective collaborations with soccer star Thomas Müller and entertainer Joko Winterscheidt make the brand omnipresent. Over 42,000 followers on Instagram speak for themselves.

PACOON is currently responsible for the creation of the entire packaging design. From the vegan bratwurst to the oat drink to the vegan scrambled eggs. The latest products are now also available as a fresh option, i.e. ready for direct consumption. Based on an extensive analysis of demand criteria, it was thus possible to develop a package that quickly communicates the product characteristics. At the same time, a survey showed a 50% higher purchase decision compared to the main competition.

In the end, we are proud to have found an extremely user-focused design solution that also meets our aesthetic requirements.

The aim of the current relaunch was to make GREENFORCE products competitive in the food retail sector. For this purpose, the character of the start-up company was further developed and combined with an impact-strong and independent color coding. In addition, the delicious product images are supplemented with likeable cartoon characters for the respective product claims.
