DMK is Germany's largest dairy company and has several brands in its portfolio. Oldenburger is DMK's brand for the international market and is exported to over 80 countries. All products are manufactured on the basis of state-of-the-art technologies with the highest German quality standards: German know-how designed for international demands.

The Oldenburger brand is available in both the retail channel and the foodservice channel. From 2022, the Oldenburger brand will offer independent professional packaging under the strong Oldenburger brand umbrella with a comprehensive product portfolio for professional chefs. The portfolio is constantly being expanded, and since 2023 there has been a comprehensive range of cheeses in the range.

As an internationally active brand for food service, Oldenburger Professional stands for the highest standards and quality. This level of performance and know-how is reflected in the target group-oriented design of the Professional packaging, always under the strong Oldenburger brand umbrella. A strong design bracket was developed for the brand appearance of the Oldenburg Professional range: The main elements of the Professional design are the white brand umbrella with the Oldenburger Professional sub-brand logo, the product coding areas and the sovereign-elegant dark blue base, which prominently showcases a perfect product image. The GDE medal (German Dairy Excellence) serves as an additional eye-catcher on the package, guaranteeing German quality and "Germanness" and acting as an elegant, high-quality link between the brand and product worlds. An orientation system was developed for the guidance of professional chefs: quickly decoded benefit and application icons help by highlighting the product benefits. Thanks to the clear structure of logo, brand umbrella and coding bracket, the design offers quick orientation and prevents mistakes in the demanding daily work of professional chefs. The tonality of the design communicates Oldenburg's brand values: self-confident, serious and sophisticated, trustworthy and of high quality.
